Amazon is officially gearing up for Prime Day 2022, which runs July 12-13. To help pump customers up (and fill out their digital wallets and, no doubt, make them aware of Prime benefits) Prime members can earn $10 by completing four tasks. Or, as Amazon is calling it, collecting four stamps. Here's everything you need to do to get a $10 Amazon credit.
Sign Up for Prime (if You Haven't Already)
If you're not already a Prime member and you've never signed up before, you can start a 30-day free trial. That lasts long enough to get you through Prime Day, which means you can take advantage of all the deals on offer. If you've already used the trial, you can sign up for a month's subscription, at $14.99.
Earn $10 Amazon Credit

Once you have a Prime membership, you can get started collecting stamps. Note that you need to do all four things before 11:59 p.m. ET on July 13. Here's what you have to do:
- Stream a show on Prime Video
- Listen to a song on Prime Music
- Borrow an eBook on Prime Reading
- Make a Prime-eligible purchase ($5 or more)
Here's how to do each one.
Stamp 1: Stream a Show on Prime Video
Streaming a show on Prime Video is easy. Just head to Prime Video and pick something to watch.
Stamp 2: Listen to a Song on Prime Music
This one takes even less ti me. Visit Prime Music and listen to a song for free.
Stamp 3: Borrow an eBook on Prime Reading
Next, go to Prime Reading and click to borrow any eBook available for free on the service.
Stamp 4: Make a Prime-Eligible Purchase
Finally, we come to the step that costs money. To earn this one you need to purchase a Prime-eligible item on Amazon that costs at least $5.
If there's nothing you want at the moment, you can always hold off until you need to buy something. Alternately, you can buy a household staple like toothpaste or soap or something. Or you can check out the Buy 2 Get 1 sale going on now — though you may spend a good deal more than $5 if you do.
That's it. You need to do all of this by the 11:59 p.m. ET on July 13, 2022 for it to work. Amazon says your $10 credit will appear on your account within 24 hours of completing all four steps.
