I have read this article and I remembered how I got into esports. I was pretty surprised when I got the offer because all I had at that moment is gaming as my main hobby and some practical skiils. No huge job experience, just finished my university. But somehow I showed that I am well versed in the field of gaming and esports + successfully completed the test task. Now I have a dream job!
