The Star Wars TV series Andor, which follows the character Cassian Andor from the movie Rogue One, will premiere late this summer on Disney+, according to a new story from Vanity Fair. The publication revealed the release window, which is sooner than some might have guessed.
Diego Luna reprises his role as Cassian Andor, and he told Vanity Fair that the show is about "the journey of a migrant." The show is a prequel to Rogue One, because Andor--and many others--perish in that film.
"That feeling of having to move is behind this story, very profoundly and very strong. That shapes you as a person. It defines you in many ways, and what you are willing to do," Luna said.
